They profile people i was at a gas station getting gas in my motorhome when officer thompson pulled up and for no reason runs my plate and then resumes to write me a ticket for expired plates the reason why he did that is unclear as he didnt say why he did that my only conclusion is he was more interested in my michigan open carry sticker and after he wrote me a ticket he took my picture which i have never had done to me before and when asked why he was taking my picture he said they always do per the law i have searched for this law and there is no such law it is my understanding the right to travel is a clear constitutional right granted by the constitution so i will definitely be seeing him in court to have this thrown out of court as for a officer of the law to be so ignorant to the law of travel is beyond me maybe the city of olivet should send their officers back to school to learn the law as for officer thompson he was courteous as was i but still he infringed my travel and harrased me and my family without me ever breaking a law and i see this police office as a business of generating revenue for the city so if your ever going thru olivet beware also as he was writing me a ticket i watched a car with out doors or a hood drive right past us so i was obviously profiled for getting gas
They are never there when you do call 911 they send the county cops
